José Miguel Júdice, PLMJ Senior Partner assumed the presidency of the CCP(Portugal Commerce and Services Confederation) Ethics Committee.

The main competency of this Committee shall be to advise and to deal with situations of non accomplishment with the ethical rules set forth in the Ethics Code created by the Confederation.

The initiative has as its finality the promotion of the commercial and services good practices among the companies of the sector, ranging from such different areas as publicity, the relationship with suppliers to non discrimination based upon gender, ethnics ,language or handy-cap
