“Arbitration World” is  a publication issued by the british editor European Lawyer describing arbitration rules in different countries.

The overview  on the arbitration in Portugal is a result of a joint work realized by José Miguel Júdice,PLMJ  Senior Partner and Founder  and that of Pedro Metello Nápoles, PLMJ Senior Partner and Member of the Firm’s  Litigation Department.

Its description is organized in Questions and Answers treating issues like the legislation ruling arbitration, the institutions which practice it, their competencies, costs involved, among a great number of others.
