The leading Spanish “Revista de Arbitraje Comercial y de Inversiones” included an article by José Miguel Júdice about the state of the art of some relevant aspects of Third Party Funding. “Some notes about Third-Party Funding: a work in progress” analyses also the recent ICCA-QMUL Task Force Report, presented at the Sidney ICCA Conference.
