José Miguel Júdice, the partner in charge of PLMJ’s arbitration team will chair the 3^rd session of the congress on “Commercial Arbitration and Investment in the Mediterranean", organised by IEMed (European Institute of the Mediterranean) which will take place on 13 and 14 May in Barcelona.

The theme of the session is “The New York Convention 1958 and its application to national courts in Mediterranean countries ". The speakers will be Professor Albert Van Den Berg together with lawyers from the Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco and Spain.
