A Conference, on the New Urban Lease Reform, which took place, the past  2nd of June, at the Centro Nacional de Exposições, in Santarém, counted with the participation of PLMJ.

Its representation was ensured by José Miguel Júdice, PLMJ Senior Partner and Founder, and by Hugo Baptista Mendonça, PLMJ Junior Associate, and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department II, through the presentation of the entitled “Urban Lease Reform: Which opportunities for the Real Estate Mediating Companies “.

The Meeting, organized by APEMIP – Portugal Real Estate Mediating Professionals and Companies Association, gathered hundreds of professionals belonging to the sector and counted with the intervention of Eduardo Cabrita, Deputy Secretary for the State Local Administration
